Of Mice and Men // John Steinbeck.

In this short, yet powerful story Steinbeck imposes on the readers some difficult (and uncomfortable) questions: What to do with Lennie when he had “no meanness in ‘im at all” and who has the right to die and the right to kill? These are just some of the questions a reader cannot but wallow in at the end of the book. Lennie, I know you did not intend to hurt, but you did — now what?
